Three people taken to the hospital after fire

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Three people have been taken to the hospital following a fire in Wilmington on Monday night.

The Wilmington Fire Department said crews responded to a house fire on North Lincoln Ct. just before 8:30 p.m.

The department said crews were quickly able to knock down the fire and contain the damage to one side of a duplex.

WFD said three people were taken by EMS to the hospital.
