Traffic alert: Accident on Cape Fear Memorial Bridge

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Officials are responding to an accident involving a SUV and a car.

It happened around 1:00 p.m Saturday afternoon in the eastbound lane on the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge in Wilmington. Only two vehicles were involved.

According to New Hanover County Dispatch, no injuries were reported and weather conditions seem to be a factor.
