TRAFFIC ALERT: Tractor trailer overturns on US 17 in Shallotte
SHALLOTTE, NC (WWAY) — The Shallotte Police Department is on the scene of an overturned tractor trailer.
It happened on US 17 a little before 9:00 am, according to a post on the Shallotte Police Department’s Facebook page.
The tractor trailer overturned at the intersection of US 17 at the north end light, by the Hardees and Chick-fil-A.
No word yet on how the accident happened or if anyone was hurt.
Shallotte PD urges drivers to use caution in the area.
