Troopers investigating suspicious death in front of Onslow Co. high school
ONSLOW COUNTY, NC (WCTI) — The N.C. Highway Patrol is investigating the suspicious death of a woman found in front of White Oak High School on Sunday morning.
Troopers say a woman in her 30s or 40s was found on Piney Green Road in front of the school around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The investigation has been ruled as a suspicious death.
Officials say the woman had injuries consistent with road rash but also had other injuries. An autopsy is being conducted before officials decide how to investigate further.
