Colin no longer a tropical storm as it pulls away from the Outer Banks


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Tropical Storm Warnings were canceled Tuesday morning for Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties as Tropical Storm Colin continues to track up the Atlantic coast.

Colin is now considered post-tropical, but is still packing sustained winds of 60 mph as it heads out to sea. Colin was 45 miles east of Cape Hatteras at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon, and is rapidly moving towards the northeast at 38 mph. Seas should continue to subside as the storm pulls away
