Two Wilmington administrators have resigned

WILMINGTON, NC (STAR NEWS) — Some changes in the leadership of the city of Wilmington have been made.

Deputy City Manager Chad McEwen and Economic Development Director Aubrey Parsley have both resigned, effective Nov. 7, according to Amy Passaretti Willis, the city’s communications manager.
