WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — As the country awaits the decision of a Grand Jury in Ferguson, students at UNCW are prepared to come together and discuss the outcome.

Students say UNCW’s Department of Housing and Residence Life alerted them to a gathering in the campus dining hall to discuss whatever action is taken by the Grand Jury.

Tweets sent out by the Black Student Union suggest they’re encouraging their members do the same thing. Cities across the country are bracing for the impact of the decision.

Missouri’s governor urges calm and caution in the wake of the Grand Jury’s action.
