UNCW takes down Hampton 5-3 on Senior Day
WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) – In the penultimate game of the regular season, UNCW softball won 5-3 at home against Hampton on the day their recognized their half dozen seniors.
With Wilmington up 1-0, Kylie Hill hit a two run homer to give the visitors the lead.
In the 3rd, Maggie Pertee beat out an infield grounder with two outs, causing Cassidy Relay to score and tie the game.
The Seahawks final regular season game will be Saturday at home.
