USPS to host job fair in Whiteville on Saturday

WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY) — The U.S. Postal Service will host a job fair Saturday, Feb. 7, in Whiteville to fill immediate openings for full- and part-time positions.

The job fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Whiteville Post Office, 107 S. Lee St., Whiteville, NC 28472. USPS staff will be on site to share details about available jobs and answer questions from potential applicants.

USPS says it offers competitive wages, benefits and opportunities for career advancement, along with training and on-the-job support for new hires.

USPS said applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check, and be available to work weekends and holidays.
