Victim identified in recent Wilmington homicide case

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police Department released the identity of the victim in the homicide that occurred near Wilshire Boulevard Wednesday.

According to WPD, the victim’s name is Caleb Osborn, 22. Police say that they are investigating the homicide as an isolated incident.
