WARM NC CEO stepping down after 15 years of service

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — An organization that works to repair and rebuild homes is undergoing a change in leadership.

JC Lyle is leaving her position as CEO of Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry, also known as WARM N.C..

Lyle has led the non-profit for the past 15 years. She said she has accepted a position with Wesley CDC. It’s an organization that provides real estate and development consulting services to churches.

Lyle said this new chapter is bittersweet. But she will continue to remain a supporter of WARM N.C.’s mission.

“I feel like it’s a great reward to have put my heart and soul into something that’s changed so many lives,” Lyle said.

As of March 1, Andy Jones will be stepping in as Interim CEO. Jones has been with WARM N.C. for six years.
