WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY) — If you have any unwanted, outdated medication, you can turn it over for proper disposal this weekend.

The Whiteville Police Department is hosting a medication takeback event on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The event will take place in the City Hall parking lot.
