Wife of stuntman Nik Wallenda hangs from helicopter at race

CONCORD, NC (WJZY) — There were acrobatics in the sky at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Sunday before the Bank of America 500.

Erendira Wallenda, wife of world-famous stuntman Nik Wallenda, hung from an aerial ring attached to a helicopter without a harness or safety device.

At times, she used only her feet to hang on.
