Wilmington man accused of breaking into NHRMC Medical Mall

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A Wilmington man faces charges after a breaking and entering at a Novant NHRMC medical diagnostic facility.
Theodore Caspian-Lee James, 24, is charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and four counts of resisting a public officer.
According to arrest records, James broke into the NHRMC Medical Mall at 2243 S. 17th Street on Sunday. He allegedly stole keys, medical
scrubs and decorations from desks that belonged to Novant Health employees.
When Novant Health Special Police arrived, he’s accused of giving a false name, fought being handcuffed, and then tried to run while being handcuffed.
James is being held on a $5,000 bond. He will appear in court on Monday afternoon.
