Wilmington police investigating after woman’s body found near MLK Jr. Parkway
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington police are investigating after a woman’s body was found early Tuesday afternoon along Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
Officers were called around 12:30 p.m. to the eastbound side of the roadway, just west of Kerr Avenue, near the wood line.
At this time, investigators do not believe foul play is involved.
The investigation is ongoing. The person’s identity has not yet been released.
