Wilmington Police investigating collision near S. 17th and College Rd.
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department is investigating a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at the intersection of S. College Rd and 17th St.
Police first posted about the incident at 7:41 p.m., saying “The northbound lanes of College Rd at 17th are closed.”
