Wilmington releases annual housing and community report, feedback needed

Wilmington, NC (WWAY) — The City of Wilmington has released its draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report.

The report outlines how federal and local funds were used over the past year to support housing initiatives, neighborhood improvements, and community services.

Residents are encouraged to read the draft and share feedback on how these programs reflect real-life needs and experiences.

The public comment period ends Tuesday at 5 p.m. Comments may be emailed to gilbert.combs@wilmingtonnc.gov

City staff plan to present the draft CAPER during the City Council meeting on Tuesday.
