Sharks have to wait until Wednesday for decisive game 3

EDENTON, NC (WWAY) – The Wilmington Sharks were scheduled to play the Edenton Steamers on Tuesday night in game 3 of their best of 3 eastern division series in the Coastal Plain League. The teams never stepped onto the field though due to foul weather in Edenton.

The decisive third game of the series is now set to be played at 3pm on Wednesday in Edenton. The winner of Wednesday’s game will advance to the baseball championship series of the Coastal Plain League against the winner of the Lexington County-Gastonia series. This series is also tied at one game apiece.
