Wilmington woman arrested in connection to 2024 murder
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A Wilmington woman is in custody in connection to an alleged murder.

According to an arrest warrant, this comes after Caleb Osborn was murdered near Wilshire Boulevard.
The warrant claims Danielle Billups, 34, knowingly took the murder weapon threw the gun in the Cape Fear River.
She is charged with
Billups is being held on a $75000 bond.
