Wilmington woman creates safe space for creativity and healing

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Inspired by her own journey and the needs she sees in the community, Shari Frederick recently opened a Selfie and Content Studio designed to uplift and empower people through creativity and self-expression. The space also includes a meditation and de-escalation room, offering a safe and calming environment for individuals to pause, reflect, and reset. Tucker says her mission is to create a place where people feel seen, valued, and supported as they work toward healing and personal growth. “People who come into the space can expect a calm, peaceful, and uplifting environment,” Frederick said.
