WWAY StormTrack 3 Hurricane Special airs tonight on CBS

The “2026 StormTrack 3 Hurricane Special” airs at 7:30 p.m. tonight on WWAY CBS and will provide viewers with important information about hurricanes and tropical storms that impact southeastern North Carolina.
The half-hour special will cover topics including how hurricane forecasts are made, the difference between watches and warnings, flood risks, storm surge, river flooding, beach impacts and how residents can prepare before a storm threatens the coast.
