WWAY’s 5th Quarter – October 6

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Week eight of the high school football season in our region is complete one day earlier than normal. Games were played on Thursday instead of Friday due to Hurricane Matthew. We showcased the following matchups: New Hanover-Laney, West Brunswick-South Brunswick, Ashley-Topsail, North Brunswick-Croatan, South Columbus-South Robeson, East Bladen-Pender and Trask-West Bladen.
