The USA Baseball Collegiate National Team concluded the domestic part of their schedule on Tuesday night with a shutout victory over Japan in Wilmington. Both squads are now headed to Amsterdam in order to compete in a collegiate tournament that will feature Team USA, Japan, Chinese Taipei and Netherlands. Plus more! Full story...

The collegiate national baseball team will make an appearance in Wilmington on Tuesday night against Japan. This will be the third game of a 3 game series for Team USA against Japan. Team USA beat Japan on Sunday in Thomasville. Japan won on Monday in Wilson. Tuesday's game in Wilmington will decide the best of three series. First pitch is slated for 6pm at Buck Hardee Field. There will be live music prior to the game at the Shark Tank. There will be a fireworks display afterwards. Full story...

The Wilmington Sharks defeated the Fayetteville SwampDogs on Wednesday night at Buck Hardee Field. The road game on Thursday for the Sharks is up in the air. The status of Thursday's home soccer game for the Wilmington Hammerheads will be decided on Thursday morning. Full story...

Pending school board approval West Brunswick has a new head baseball and football coach. Bob Hanna was up for board approval on Tuesday night in order to be the new West Brunswick football head coach. Hanna has been the head football coach at Irmo High School in Columbia, South Carolina the last 20 years. Pending school board approval the new head baseball coach at West Brunswick High is T.J.
