The Topsail Pirates will have just nine seniors on the roster this year. While Coach Davis is still looking for guys to step up and assume some leadership on Friday nights this fall, he thinks the character of his team will help alleviate the shortage of experience. Full story...

Toby Kasell is the new head football coach at East Columbus High School. He was named head coach this past June, replacing Travis Connor. The Gators won 5 games last season. Perhaps that's a number they can improve on with coach Kasell. Full story...
