17-year-old plows into building during driver’s license exam
BUFFALO, MN (WNCN) — A 17-year-old taking her driver’s license test plowed her vehicle into a building housing the exam station office, Buffalo police said.
Around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, the teen was in a vehicle along with a 60-year-old license examiner when police said she put the car into drive instead of reverse.
The vehicle jumped the curb and punched through a wall of the building on 1st Ave. S, police said.
“The impact caused significant damage to the vehicle and building,” Buffalo police wrote on Facebook.
The license examiner was transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The driver will not be charged, police said.
