2nd Annual “Bryson’s Buddies” game brings New Hanover and Hoggard baseball together

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) – At the Miracle League field in Olson Park, people gathered to commemorate Bryson Furtado – a former New Hanover baseball player that died by suicide in 2021.
Not just his death, but his life – and how he lived – have both inspired “Bryson’s Buddies.”
