Wilmington CSX Rail Work
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Beginning Aug. 12, CSX will close seven railroad crossings across the city over the course of a week for tie repairs. Each crossing will require a total road closure, which could last 3-5 days. Here is the schedule for each crossing, weather permitting:
- Aug. 12 – N. 6th Street (near N. 7th St.)
- Aug. 12 – Hilton Street (near N. 7th St.)
- Aug. 14 – Henry Street
- Aug. 15 – Colonial Drive
- Aug. 15 – River to the Sea Bikeway (near Dawson St.)
- Aug. 15 – Marstellar Street (near S. 13th St.)
- Aug. 15 – S. 13th Street (near Marstellar St.)
