Gas prices jump more than 11 cents over past week in North Carolina

NORTH CAROLINA (WWAY) — Average gas prices in North Carolina have risen 11.7 cents per gallon in the past week.

According to GasBuddy.com, the average is up to a $1.84 a gallon.

While the price may be climbing, prices yesterday were 48.7 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago but more than 14 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
