CFPUA moving downtown lobby to Skyline Center

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — CFPUA’s downtown customer service center is moving next week.

The location will permanently change to the Skyline Center on North Front Street starting April 15th.

The last day for customers to visit the current CFPUA customer service center at 305 Chestnut Street will be Thursday.

Customers needing to do business in-person on Friday should go to CFPUA’s main customer service center at 235 Government Center Drive.

Customers may visit the new CFPUA downtown customer service center between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The customer service center will be located on the first floor of the Skyline Center.

Parking for the Skyline Center is available in the visitors’ lot accessible from North Front Street.

CFPUA’s main offices at 235 Government Center Drive are not affected by the downtown relocation.
