City OKs $1.4 million contract to repave Greenville Loop Road

WILMINGTON, NC (StarNewsOnline.com) — The Wilmington City Council has approved a $1.4 million contract for repaving Greenville Loop Road.

On Tuesday, the council voted unanimously to approve a $1,416,662 contract with Barnhill Contracting Inc. of Castle Hayne.

Work is set to begin in mid-July and be complete in 60 days. The majority of work will be completed at night, according to the city.
