Deputy suspended after reportedly stomping driver’s glasses, giving the finger
AUGUSTA, GA (WRDW) — A Georgia deputy was suspended after reportedly stomping on a suspect’s glasses and flipping him the middle finger.
Ricky McNair was pulled over July 4 for disobedience to traffic control devices and fleeing or attempting to elude officers.
Body camera video shows footage of the chase and subsequent arrest.
While McNair is being taken into custody several items fall out of his pocket including his glasses. Deputy Caleb Pye can be seen stomping on the glasses then displaying his middle finger to McNair.
