Discounted Freeman Park annual passes on sale Dec. 1 to Dec. 31st

CAROLINA BEACH (WWAY) — 2024 annual Freeman Park permits will go on sale starting Friday, December 1st.

Annual permit purchases made in person December 1st through December 31st qualify for a $110 dollar discounted rate plus applicable fees.

In-person purchases may be made using cash or credit/debit cards at the following locations:

Town of Carolina Beach Parking Office: 1708 Canal Drive Carolina Beach

Carolina Beach Town Hall – Billing Department: 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd. Carolina Beach

Effective January 1, 2024, annual permits will be sold at the full price of $225 plus applicable fees and can be purchased in person or online at https://www.carolinabeach.org/visitors/freeman-park. Permits purchased online cannot be mailed and must be picked up in person at the Town Parking Office location during normal business hours.

2024 permits are valid from the date of purchase and may be used to gain entry to Freeman Park for the remainder of 2023. Please note that payment receipts (paper or electronic) are not valid at the gate and will not grant entry into Freeman Park.

Also note that Freeman Park Annual Permits must be permanently affixed to the driver’s side of your 4×4 vehicle, and old permits should be removed.
