Dixon earns first win over Pender

HOLLY RIDGE, NC (WWAY)–Pender took the opening kickoff 85 yards to the house for the early 6-0 lead. From that point on the Dixon Bulldogs outscored them by 34 points for the 54-26 win. It was Dixon’s first win on the season, as they improve to 1-1 in the Coast 8 Conference.

Jermaine Lee scored two first half touchdowns for Dixon to lead the Bulldogs offensively.

Friday the 19th Dixon will take on Heide Trask on the road, while Pender will travel to take on Lejeune on Tuesday night.
