A Greensboro high school has forfeited a win this season because it had an extra junior varsity player in a game it won 49-7. Northern Guilford High School is forfeiting the win over Williams High School on Sept. 13, ending a 31-game win streak.
The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a bus for the Topsail High School football team was robbed during a game Friday at Hoggard High School.
