LELAND, NC (WWAY) — The Food Networks Great Food Truck Race is making its way to the Cape Fear for the next episode.

The show filmed in Leland and Wilmington in March.

The Best Western Plus Westgate Inn and Suites is the host location in the upcoming challenge of the Great Food Truck Race.

You can watch as host Tyler Florence brings the trucks to battle it out to make the best southern breakfast, to win the $15,000 prize.

Wilmington’s own James Beard nominated chef Lauren Krawl Ivey of Olivero will judge to decide the winner of the challenge.

“Chef, what’d you look for in an elevated southern breakfast?” Host Tyler Florence asked, in a preview of the episode.

“I like a lot of black pepper, a lot of those classic southern flavors, textures. Creamy, salty, well-seasoned, well executed,” Ivey said.

The episode will premiere Sunday at 10 pm.
