Inside look of North Carolina’s only caviar farm

CARTERET COUNTY, NC (WCTI) — Do you love the finer things in life? Well, one of those things, caviar, is being made right here in North Carolina.

When you think about food on the North Carolina, most people think about our awesome seafood, whether its the fish, shrimp, oysters, but did you know? Smyrna is home to a farm who produces caviar.
