Lil Jon to headline Thursday night concert at NC Azalea Festival

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Grammy-winning artist Lil Jon will headline the Thursday Night Concert during the 79th annual North Carolina Azalea Festival in Wilmington, festival organizers announced Tuesday.

Lil Jon, known for hit songs including “Yeah,” “Turn Down for What,” and “Get Low,” has been a major force in hip-hop and electronic dance music for more than 20 years. His performance is scheduled for April 9 at Live Oak Bank Pavilion.

Concert details are as follows:

• Date: Thursday, April 9, 2026
• Location: Live Oak Bank Pavilion
• Doors: 5 p.m.
• Show: 7 p.m.
