Man shot, killed in Fayetteville parking lot

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) – Police in Fayetteville are investigating after a man was shot in a parking lot and later died.

Police said in a news release that the shooting occurred at about 2:40 a.m. Friday. The victim later died at a hospital

The name of the victim isn’t being released until relatives are notified.

The shooting is being investigated as a homicide. No arrests have been made.
