Need beach access info? There’s a map for that

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) –     If you want to stay off of Masonboro Island this holiday weekend but still want to hit the beach, there’s a map for that.

The state has unveiled a new beach access map that you can access with any mobile device. It comes with pictures of the access, and tells you about parking there, whether there’s a fee, and other information about the access.
