New date announced for Junior League’s Touch-a-Truck event
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Junior League of Wilmington has rescheduled their annual Touch-a-Truck event to Sunday, November 16th.
The event will now be held at the Cape Fear Community College’s North Campus at 4500 Blue Clay Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event had to be rescheduled due to hazardous weather conditions during its previous event date.
The family-friendly event gives attendees the opportunity to touch, climb on, explore and ask questions about their favorite trucks.
The last hour of the event will be horns and lights free for those with sensory sensitivities.
Tickets are $6 each or $22 dollars for four tickets. Children under 2 are free.
Online ticket sales will end on Friday, November 14th.
