Wildcats moves to 21-0 with tough road win against the Scorpions

LELAND, N.C. (WWAY) – Tuesday produced one of the best Mideastern matchups of the year between North Brunswick and New Hanover in Leland.

New Hanover was trailing by 11 points in the 4th quarter, before securing a 72-64 win.

The Wildcats were led by junior guard Romik Allen, who scored 19 points all in the second half. Junior forward Nolan Billings contributed heavily, scoring 17 points. Zues Batts and Parker Crittenden chipped in 12 points apiece.

The Scorpions got a special performance from senior guard Malakhi Daniels. He scored 23 points, the second most of the season. Terry Hood added 11.
