Panthers enjoy solar eclipse

CHARLOTTE, NC (WWAY) — The coast-to-coast solar eclipse captivated audiences across the country, including the Carolina Panthers football team.

Following their practice ahead of their third preseason game, the team went to the field of Bank of America Stadium to get their view of the historic sight.

The team posted pictures on their twitter page of the fun and even showed Head Coach Ron Rivera enjoying the song “Total Eclipse of the Heart” while watching.
