Pence gets haircut, barber doesn’t know who he is

NORRISTOWN, PA (CNN) – Republican Vice Presidential nominee Mike Pence stopped in for a trim at a Pennsylvania barbershop today while on his way to a rally, and the barber didn’t know whose hair he was cutting.

The barber, 74 year old Henry Jones, seemed surprised to see the cameras and security. As he cut Pence’s hair the two engaged in small talk while the secret service and Pence’s family watched.

Jones told Pence he has been cutting hair for more than 42 years.

Even with all the fanfare, Jones didn’t realize who was sitting in his chair. When he was finished he asked the VP nominee his name. Pence stuck out his hand and told Jones he was running for Vice President to Jones’ shock.

As for the haircut, Pence said he liked it.
