Pet Pals: Sweet and shy tri-pod mama looking for forever home

BRUNSWICK COUNTY (WWAY) — This week’s Pet Pal is Rhea, a 4-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix.

Paws Place Rescue says she came to them as a stray, pregnant — and a tri-pod! After giving birth to six beautiful girls, Rhea is ready for a big cozy couch to call her own.

The rescue says she’s a bit shy, but she’s housebroken and gets along well with other cats and dogs. In fact, Paws Place says Rhea would do best in a home with another dog to help show her the ropes.
