Portion of MLK Jr. Parkway in Wilmington closed due to ice

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A portion of the Martin Luther King, Jr Parkway in Wilmington has been closed due to icy conditions, according to DriveNC.gov.

Officials say the closure affects U.S. 74 between North Kerr Avenue and North 23rd Street. The expected impact to traffic is considered high. It was reported just before 9:00 a.m.
