(WWAY) — If you’re looking for a fun trip out to sea without breaking the bank, Frying Pan Tower might be the stop for you.

The tower is holding a raffle for restoration contest for the chance to win a weekend getaway.

The grand prize is a trip to the tower for you and three other people, where you can fly out to the tower in a helicopter and enjoy meals prepared by a private chef.

All proceeds from the raffle will go towards restoring and repairing the tower, which has been run by a non-profit since 2018.

Richard Neal is the Executive Director of the non-profit FP Tower Inc. He says keeping the tower running is important for both safety and educational purposes.

“The tower needs to be restored because it is actually a viewpoint into what happens when the hurricanes come by and when boaters have distress calls on their boats,” Neal said. “Sometimes, we’re the only ones that can hear them and help rescue them. So we work closely with the Coast Guard, the FAA and Homeland Security. And it also opens the door for us to put cameras back on under the water so kids in schools can see the sharks everywhere.”

Along with the grand prize, there are monthly prizes where you can win a day trip to the tower.
