Samara’s Village holds charity kickball tournament
WINNABOW, NC (WWAY) — Samara’s Village held its first charity kickball tournament at Town Creek Park.
WWAY’s Kirsten Gutierrez was there to help vote for best team costume/uniform. Four teams participated from UNCW, South Brunswick High School, West Brunswick High School, and the Southport area.
Organizers said the winners, ‘Teddy’s Kickers’, received trophies and free registration to next years event.
Samara’s Village seeks to educate, equip, and empower pregnant and parenting teens and their families.
