‘Same rules of the road’ apply to golf carts, Wilmington public safety officials say
WILMINGTON, NC (STARNEWS) — Wilmington-area safety officials remind locals that under North Carolina driving laws “rules of the road” apply to golf carts like they would to any other motor vehicle.
With the Wilmington area being a large golf community and as people go into the summer season where golf carts are going back-and-forth from the pool, beach, golf courses and more, officials note this “standard” rule should remain in the back of your mind.
