Sharks bringing back Jackson as head back

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)–The Wilmington Sharks announced earlier this week that head coach Tyler Jackson will return to the team for his second season.

During the Spring Jackson is the the hitting coach for North Greenville University. The team has saw their batting average as a team rise 70 points over the past four years.

On Thursday the Sharks released their 2019 schedule as well with 52 total games with 26 at home. The season will start for Wilmington on Thursday, May 30th when they take on the Fayetteville Swampdogs at the Shark Tank.
