Silver Alert issued for missing woman

RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, Andrea Michele McMullen.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Andrea Michele McMullen, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

McMullen is 29 years old. She is 5′ 3″ tall and weighs 130 pounds.

McMullen has short black hair and brown eyes. She is described as wearing blue felt sweat pants and a burgundy sweatshirt

She was last seen at 139 Apex Lane in Mount Airy. Authorities said McMullen could possibly be heading to Charlotte.
